泉州市首届“刺桐杯”国际设计大赛，作品征集完美收官，共收到海内外优秀设计作品10733件，首届亮相，征集破万！组委会联动国际设计资源，征集境外（含港澳台）作品1866件，占比17%，遍及欧洲、北美洲、南美洲、亚洲、非洲、大洋洲6大洲，涵盖德国、法国、英国、意大利、美国、加拿大、巴西、日本、韩国、马来西亚、南非、津巴布韦、澳大利亚等31个国家及地区。

海内外制造企业、设计机构参赛热情高涨，社会投报作品2274件，占比21%，囊括全球269所优秀设计院校，剑桥大学、伦敦艺术大学、罗德岛设计学院、米兰理工大学、韩国成均馆大学、泰国皇家理工大学、清华大学、江南大学、同济大学、中国美术学院、南京大学、华南理工大学、北京理工大学、台湾艺术大学、台湾大同大学、台湾实践大学、台湾成功大学、台湾东海大学、台湾亚洲大学、香港理工大学、澳门科技大学等全球知名大学赫然在列！

Quanzhou the First Zayton Cup International Design CompetitionThe collection of works was successfully completed.A total of 10,733 global designs were received.Over 10,000 works collected in the first Zayton Cup competition!The results come from efforts of the competition committee and international design forces. There were a total of 1866 works collected overseas (including Hong Kong Macao and Taiwan) , accounting for 17%.

They cover six continents, Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania,and involve 31 countries and regions, such as Germany, France, Italy, the US, Canada, Brazil, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Australia.There is a high enthusiasm for manufacturers and design institutions at home and abroad to participate in the competition.Works submitted by non-colleges/universities account for 21%.
There were 269 excellent design colleges participating in the competition,  including University of Cambridge, University of the Arts London, Rhode Island School of Design, Politecnico di Milano, Sungkyunkwan University, Rajamangala University of Technology, Tsinghua University, Jiangnan University, Tongji University, China Academy of Art, Nanjing University, South China University of Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, Taiwan University of Arts, Tatung University, Cheng Kung University, Shih Chien University, Tunghai University, Asia University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University,  Macau University of Science and Technology and other well-known universities.Who will be the winners?Rounds of judging are coming, please look forward to!
